 When will application be deployed?
 At this time AFDPO has received approval to
place the application on its network for testing.
 How much training will be involved?
 There is a learning curve for this application
because of its new interface. A training plan will
be developed and at that time the field will be
notified via the AF Portal, e-Publishing site and e-
Alerts.
 Is this application Vista compliant?
 Yes, IBM Lotus Forms Designer and Viewer 3.0.1
is Vista compliant.

 Will this take the place of PureEdge 6.5?
 Yes, once the designer and viewer are deployed
everyone will be expected to create new and
modify existing forms using the new application.
 What is the impact on existing forms?
 Any form that was created in a version of Designer
earlier than 6.5 will need to be converted to 6.5
before opening in Lotus 3.0.1.
 Most forms will open in Viewer 3.0.1; those forms
that have complex formulas or are wizards may
need to be converted and modified in 3.0.1 before
working properly.
