 Public limited company under the Companies Act, 1956.
 Name changed on March 12, 2007 due to the restructuring of operations
undertaken by then holding company, ICICI Securities Primary Dealership Limited.
 Provides institutional and retail broking, merchant banking and advisory services
to corporates, financial institutions, high net worth individuals.
