Title: Dormitory and Cafeteria
Management System in WSU

 Objectives of our project
 There are some objectives in our project those
are:
 for saving resource including human resource (need
of number of workers) especially proctors in the
block.
To inform the students block and Dorm placement
information and students cafeteria menu on the
appropriate time.
 Our project Functionality
 Our final project has been functional or responsible

for the following tasks in addition to the common

tasks on the system such as (admin activity create,

edit and delete user accounts, viewing

comments…… ) such as:

– Any student can view there Block and Dorm number

based on their ID number, because the students ID

number has included his/her faculty, batch or year.

 Cont….
– Users can view the students cafeteria menu with out

any condition or as a gust page on the home page

interface.

– Our system can place the students based on their sex,

faculty and batch.

– Generate report from proctor office manger and

proctor for clearly known the students placement in

the block and dorm.

– Generate and update students cafeteria menu for

the students cafeteria system.
