    To Access the eAccReg System:

    1. Go to Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) website, or enter the following URL in the Web Address
    area of the browser: http://bir.gov.ph/

    2. Click the eAccReg icon . You will be redirected to the login page of the system.

    Overview

    BIR Electronic Accreditation and Registration System (eAccReg) Walkthrough


    The Account Enrollment module is where authorized users of businesses create an
    account to be able to access the functionalities of the eAccReg system.

    The account enrollment application is forwarded to the RDO where the business is
    registered for approval (or rejection). The system notifies the authorized user thru e-mail
    once the status of the application is changed.

    APPLICATION FOR ACCREDITATION

    Overview
    The Application for Accreditation module allows users to monitor the applications for

    BIR Electronic Accreditation and Registration System (eAccReg) Walkthrough


    accreditation of software and/or hardware. The accreditation process is initiated by the
    authorized users of business, thru their account, wherein the online application is
    submitted and forwarded to the concerned RDO for approval. All applications undergo
    several status updates before it can be approved (or rejected). System will automatically
    generate Certificate of Accreditation if the application is approved, or Letter of Denial if it is
    denied.

    Users may track the progress of the application for accreditation through the search and
    view functionalities available in this module. Also, the printing of certificates is available to
    the authorized users once the application is approved.

    Overview
    The Registration for Permit to Use module allows the authorized user of the businesses to
    submit applications for permit to use of sales machines. Furthermore, this module allows
    BIR to manage and monitor these applications on their end.

    Suppliers or taxpayers may submit the applications for registration thru their eAccReg
    accounts. The application is then forwarded to the responsible RDO for approval. Once an
    application is approved, the system generates the Permit Number and the Permit to Use.
    In this case, the printing of the Permit to Use can be done on TP’s end.
