Before 1947 After 1947

 Pakistan independence day is 14th August 1947

 Pakistan is Muslim Country
 Pakistan is remained 6th number of world population in the year of 2017
 Pakistan is one of the Atomic Power country in the world.
 Pakistan has large coal reserves in world around 348 billion tonnes
 Pakistan has sea and two large suitable places for sea port.
 Pakistan has 2nd world largest mountain known as K2 Mountain and
beautiful natural visiting places for tourism. 13
 Pakistan is an agricultural country, and major export is Cotton.

 Pakistan is worlds 4th top ranked cotton producer.

 Pakistan economy is much concern on Textile industries and textile products.14

15
 Pakistan–China relations began in 1950

The Karakoram Highway (kkh) was started

in 1959 and was completed in 1979 (open to
the public since 1986 )

 It connects China's Xinjiang region with

Pakistan's Gilgit–Baltistan and Khyber
Pakhtunkhwa regions

16
The China–Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) is a ongoing
development megaproject which aims to connect Gwadar
port in Pakistan to China’s region of Xinjiang.

17
The Project was proposed by Chinese premier Li Keqiang during his
visit to Pakistan in May 2013.

On 20 April 2015, Pakistan and China signed an agreement to

commence work on the $46 billion on 51 Projects.

Increase the volume of trade business between Pakistan and China

Approximately reduce 10000 km distance and it is the shortest

route so China can save his time on export.

Water Pollution
According to a recent report, 83% of Sindh, Pakistan’s water
is unsafe to drink in which Karachi is the largest contributor.
At least 90.7 % samples collected from various places in
Karachi were unsafe for drinking purposes.
In another report, 37 out of 46 samples were found
contaminated and chlorine was found only in 9 samples.
Chlorine level found is about 0.038 mg/l but Chlorine level
should be between 0.2 mg/l to 0.5 mg/l at the consumer level
for safe drinking water.

Air Pollution
Assistant Director-General at World Health Organization
(WHO), Flavia Bustreo stated that: “For people to be healthy,
they must breathe clean air from their first breath to their
last.”

International Weekly Journal of Science, ’Nature’ reported

that 3.3 million deaths per year caused due to air pollution in
the figure of 2010. In this China is on top about 1.4 million
deaths per year, India has 2nd about 645,000 deaths per year
and Pakistan has 3rd about 110,000 deaths per year.

deaths-due-to-air-pollution/
Mosquito

more than 500, 000 patients of Malaria every year in

Pakistan.
more than 3,500 people have been infected and over a
dozen have died from the recent dengue

HOUSE FLIES

 House flies fly place to place and transmit at least 65

diseases to human, like, diarrhea, typhoid fever,
cholera and etc.

 They are abundantly found in dairy forms, poultry

forms, and moist places like poor countries
(Pakistan, Africa … etc.)
Energy
Over 140 million Pakistanis either have no access to
the power grid or suffer over 12 hours of load
shedding daily (no light).
At present an additional 200 MW wind energy and
1000 MW solar energy projects are planned projects
within CPEC
Energy shortage can be reduce upto 39% using
energy efficient fans and 47% while using energy
efficient lighting.
Lot of research gap in the area of energy using
nanotechnology like lithium ion batteries, super
insulators, super capacitors etc.
