Background Study

 Fermentation are widely used in many field of industries


such as food and agricultural industries. Nowadays,
agricultural industries are taking advantages of
fermentation to improve agricultural production through
microbial fermentation method.
 Using millions of soil microbes, these microbes are
cultivated in a large scale for different purposes which are
to produce biofertilizers and biopesticides. Microbes
function as both providers and defenders. They can
contribute to plant nutrition by converting important
macromolecules into forms usable by plants
 Microbial fermentation is being used in this study for
fermentation of high moisture corn.
