Need for the study
• (1). To create stable labour force:
• HRM programmes are needed in order to create stable, efficient,
skilled and matured manpower required by an enterprise for the
present and future period.

• (2). To update the quality of manpower:


• HRM activities are needed for updating the quality of manpower
as per the growing and changing needs of an enterprise.

• This avoids managerial obsolescence.


primary Objectives
• To understand the Human Resource Management Practices of
Dalmia Cement.

• To Study conceptually the HRM Practices.

• To survey the perception of the employees.

• To identify employee satisfaction regarding HRM Practices

• To suggest suitable policy prescription for effective HRM Practices


Secondary objectives
• To Find out the correct selection and recruitment process
• To Identify the training Requirements for the Employee.
• To improve the motivation level.
• To suggest the measures to fill the gaps and improve performance
level of employees .
Methodology
• HRM practices were analysed to identify the influence of
these practices on job satisfaction level of employees through
defined questionnaire.

• Research Design : Descriptive Research

• Population of Study : 150 employees

• Sample Size : 100 Employees
