The duration for KPI monitoring shall be follow:

Andrew (Pre）: 1st April 2017 until 3rd April 2017

BroadRadio (Post）: 14th April 2017 until 16th April 2017

The KPI value for each KPI should be the average value for the specific 3 days;

For 4G KPI comparison result, there are improvements for BroadRadio antenna
period since there are decreasing Drop Rate while increasing throughput and user
number.

M means this KPI should be equal or better than before after the antenna swap;
O means this KPI should be monitoring.

Conclusion:
From 4G KPI results, it shows that BroadRadio monitoring
period has better results.

KPI Monitoring(3G)
The duration for KPI monitoring shall be follow:

Andrew (Pre）: 1st April 2017 until 3th April 2017

BroadRadio (Post）: 14th April 2017 until 16th April 2017

The KPI value for each KPI should be the average value for the specific 3 days;

For 3G KPI comparison result, there are increase in Setup Success Rate, PS
R99 and HSPA Traffic Payload during BroadRadio antenna monitoring period.
There are decrease in user number and cell traffic volume for the BroadRadio
period.
M means this KPI should be equal or better than before after the antenna swap;
O means this KPI should be monitoring;

Conclusion:
From 3G KPI results, it shows that Andrew monitoring period has better results for
some counters.
