Motivasi secara umum bersifat individual sehingga masing-masing orang

kondisinya saling berbeda-beda. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan strategi
motivasi yang handal dari pihak pimpinan agar semangat kerja
bawahannya betul-betul meningkat dan menguntungkan organisasi
(Saleh, 2015).
