Nature of the Problem

 In every supermarket here in the Philippines, one of


the main problems is the delays in returning
pushcarts in their proper location.
 This problem can affect their sales because it lessens
the chance on attracting new customer and the
capability to encourage customer loyalty.
Background of the Problem

 In this study, the researchers would help the


shoppers to have discipline and etiquette when using
shopping carts in grocery stores.
 The researchers used money, specifically ten pesos as
a merry to motivate the shoppers or shopping cart
uses to put the carts they used to where it belongs.
Significance of the Project

 The project “Bonifacio’s Discipline” aims to benefit


the consumers, business owners, and supermarkets.
 Consumers. It will provide them quick shopping
and access in the supermarket goods without any
worries and make them responsible.
 Businessmen. It will give them chance to
innovate and adopt to it for them to have an
increase in profit.
 Supermarkets. It will give them easier work
which help them to do more tasks in their job.
Statement of Research Questions

 In line with this concept, this paper stated the


problem that will be addressed throughout the
concept paper.
1. Do consumers have discipline in using pushcart?
Why?
2. What are the positive and negative effects of
“Bonifacio’s Discipline?”
3. How will “Bonifacio’s Discipline” affects the
shopping habits of consumers?
Scope and Limitations

 This concept will obtain information


through survey, interviews, and
observations through with the
respondents.
 The respondents of this paper are limited
only to 50 shoppers that will be randomly
selected in Puregold Valenzuela near
Barangay Dalandanan during this current
year 2018.
Methodology

 A. Participants
 The researchers will randomly select fifty (50)
participants that will shop and use pushcarts in Puregold
Valenzuela.
 B. Instruments
 The researchers will use observation method, interview
method, and survey method.
