Excision of pterygium
Treatment
 Excision of Pterygium - left
 Maxitrol eye drop
 Mefenamic Acid
Case Management
 Encourage to wear sunglasses with ultraviolet-blocking
coatings
 Advised to wear hat or cap with a brim
 Advised to observe progression of right eye and
recurrence on the left eye
