• At present handling CAPEX projects (~$ 510 Mn) from conceptualization to handing over to

production, Introduce new & efficient technologies in manufacturing plant

• Understand & approve Regular CAPEX of all formulation plants (~$ 120 Mn for 31 Plants)

• Initiate Energy & water Conservation drive all across plants globally (~$ 3.5 Mn & 300 Mn Litre

annually)

• Functionally responsible for plant level Engineering and maintenance functions, to improve the

expertise and execution.

• Setting Engineering Standard for Critical Engineering system & ensuring the standard practices

across all plants

• Involve CMT in Reviews and regular updates

• Building & maintain a high-performing team of approx. 90 persons in department

 Role of an Intern

 Augment/Work with SUN team and partners for:

 As-Is Process mapping and related Analysis

 Diagnostics/Analytics for Key Supply Chain Scenarios/Interventions

 To-Be Process Design, Analysis and Mapping

 Inventory Analysis and Right Sizing of inventory
 Diagnosis for right metrics to drive S&OP
 Supply Chain Cost calculations, related analysis/diagnostics and optimization
 Supply Chain Network Analysis, calculations, related analysis/diagnostics and
optimization
 Devise Key Supply Chain Metrics computation/analysis and related Analysis Paths
(OTIF. Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Fidelity, Forecast Bias, Requirement vs Commit,
Commit Vs Actuals)
