recruits fresher’s from engineering colleges between may to
September and in management colleges it is between December to
march.
Third Party Mode
OFF -CAMPUS RECRUITMENT:
One can directly apply to Infosys through Career Plus
program. Online Form for Career Plus Here Eligibility
(Fresher's): Eligibility depends upon nature of Jobs.
1 . For BP Jobs : Minimum qualification required is

Graduation/Diploma and should have good
communication skills & willing to work in shifts.
2. For IT/ Consulting Jobs : Infosys recruits fresh
Engineering Graduates like BE B.Tec and Post
Graduates like M.Sc, MCA Also ,goodh academic record
and minimum of 60% in 10th, 10+2, Graduation, Post
Graduation.
PERSONAL INTERVIEW

• Generally Infosys conducts tech and HR


interviews combined and by the same panel
for both.
• One could be asked to solve a few puzzles in
real time during the interview. Other than this
one could be grilled on technical questions
depending on his/her stream of study.

REASONS FOR REJECTION IN THE
INTERVIEW(INFOSYS)
1. Poor attitude.
2. Appearance.
3. Lack of research
4. Not having questions to ask. Asking questions shows your
interest in the company and the position.
5. Not readily knowing the answers to interviewers' questions.
6. Relying too much on resumes.
7. Too much humility
8. Not relating skills to employers' needs
9. Handling salary issues ineptly.
10. Lack of career direction.

9 months are not eligible.
• Since, it has a huge number of applicants, the process
becomes time consuming.
