    27, 1834.
    ▪ He was becomes a
    midshipmans. In 1854.
    ▪ He married Dolores Cavero and
    had 10 children
    ▪ In 1868 he was appointed commander of the
    monitor "Huascar"

    ▪ In 1876 he was elected deputy of Paita

    Commander of the Navy
    ▪ Died on October 8, 1879

    ▪Miguel Grau is known as "The


    Gentleman of the Seas"
