How to use Tapping to
Eliminate Negativity
1. Focus on a specific issue and rate the intensity on a
scale from 0 to 10.

2. Repeat your Custom Affirmation 3x while continuously


tapping on the “Karate Chop” part of your hand.

3. Tap each point in the sequence 10 times.

4. Repeat, adjusting for new aspects, and anything


remaining, until the problem or issue is has zero
intensity or you can’t access it.
Make a Custom Affirmation

• “Even though I have this _name of issue__, I deeply,


profoundly, and completely love and accept myself.”

• On subsequent rounds on same issue “Even if I still


have any remaining name of issue I deeply,
profoundly, and completely love and accept myself.”

• Adjust the name of issue when addressing any new


aspects to target the specific aspect.
Tapping Sequence
repeat the name of the issue as you tap
each of these points.
1. Top of Head (Tap with Flat Hand)

2. Eye Brow (between eyebrow and nose)

3. Outside Edge of Eye

4. Under The Eye

5. Under Nose

6. Chin

7. Collar Bone / Top of Chest (Tap with Flat hand)

8. Under Arm

9. Outside / Inside of Wrist

10. All Fingers together

11. Back of Hand between pinky finger bone and ring finger bone.
Try in on Everything

• Memorize the Basic Recipe. Aim it at any emotional


or physical problem by customizing it with an
appropriate Set Up Affirmation and Reminder
Phrase. Be specific where possible and aim EFT at
the specific emotional events in one’s life that may
underlie the problem. Where necessary, be
persistent until all aspects of the problem have
vanished. Try it on Everything!!
