3.1.Hospitalidade/Assistência
como atitude permanente
A hospitalidade é um conceito tão antigo quanto às formas mais remotas de atividade social, desde as mais
arcaicas, tanto no Ocidente como no Oriente; considerada como um atributo de pessoas e de espaços.
A origem desta palavra vem do latim e que tem significado de acolhimento.
Hospitalidade agrega valor
ao tratamento dispensado às
pessoas, que devem ser
recebidos como hóspedes
quaisquer que sejam as
empresas / instituições. E
isto pode ser adotado no
primeiro sector (serviços
públicos), em empresa com
fins lucrativos e já tem sido
incorporado nasONG’s.

 
 Componentes da hospitalidade:
✣ Existem detalhes que envolvem como receber as pessoas,
seja em casa, no trabalho, num centro de compras e
outros lugares.
✣ O que um profissional deve saber para acolher bem,
mesmo que não seja um profissional do ramo hoteleiro?
 
✣ Quando recebemos visitas em casa, a comida e a bebida
são as primeiras coisas que providenciamos. Arrumação e
limpeza são feitas com antecedência e procuramos
oferecer distrações ou diversões.
✣ Caso o visitante passe mais tempo, oferecemos uma
cama aconchegante...
✣ Hoje, os estudiosos já relacionam a hospitalidade como
um Valor que as empresas devem cultivar, a fim de
antecipar as necessidades dos clientes
 Implementação
A hospitalidade pode ser adotada na
melhoria da prestação de serviços em
estabelecimentos como:
✣ Bancos
✣ Hotéis, pousadas
✣ Hospitais e clínicas odontológicas
✣ Academias e clubes
✣ Shopping centers.
 A imaginação do
turista

O turista é aquele que conquistou o privilégio da mobilidade espacial

no mundo contemporâneo, a qual depende do tamanho do seu
privilégio.
Um privilégio que também pode ser encarado como uma enorme
perda: não há como um turista deixar de imaginar que onde quer
que ele esteja desfrutando momentos de satisfação, bem estar e
É preciso saber lidar com a imaginação do turista pois é ela que o move a
chegar e a partir de uma localidade.
Em princípio, não há razão para ele se prender a um lugar específico por
mais tempo do que o necessário para satisfazer a sua imaginação.
E nada é mais angustiante para alguém que é movido pela paixão de
conhecer o mundo do que perder a liberdade de escolher o seu destino.
✣ Decorre da inconstância da imaginação do turista os maiores
desafios para aquelas localidades que são projetadas para
propiciar hospitalidade aos visitantes.
✣ Para que estes se sintam bem num local é preciso que
esqueçam por um período todos os outros destinos.
Não há património ecológico, histórico ou
cultural ou mesmo evento que possa
prescindir de um lugar considerado belo pelo
visitante, comida e bebida agradáveis, e uma
boa companhia para aquelas conversas que
não têm hora para começar, em que as
palavras não saem apressadas, e ninguém
sente incómodo com o silêncio entre um
assunto e outro.
