DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION

FOR ‘ABC’ Garments Management System

(Production Control Module)

Session: 2013-2014
A Project Submitted in Partial Fulfillment of Requirements for the
Degree of Masters of Science in Computer Science in Engineering
ABSTRACT
Our project is to develop an “Production Control of ABC
GARMENTS”. Production Control has some features such as to
provide the user friendly function to Provide faster calculation as the
client requirements, client always would like to receive the quick result
or accepted delay against their requirements that will be produced by
using this prepared Production Control System.

Production Control System would be cost effective from business

viewpoint.
Disadvantage in Existing System
 Need of extra manual effort.
 It used to take much time to find any raw it is available or not.
 Not very much accurate.
 Danger of losing the files in some cases.
OBJECTIVE OF PROPOSED SYSTEM
 Provide faster Calculation as the product controller requirements
that will be produced by using this prepared PC System.
 Get rid of the redundancy of Data and expend the official and
management performance.
 Provide security, integrity, consistency and privacy of data and
information to through the enhanced quality commitment and
services to the customers.
 Some critical reports would be produced which may use during the
time of taking important decision.

GOALS IN THE DESIGN OF UML
 UML helps project in communicate explore potential designs
and validate the architectural design of the software.
 Provide a formal basis of understanding the modeling
language .
 Supports higher level development concepts such as
collaborations, frameworks, patterns and components.
 Provide users with a ready- to- use, expressive visual modeling
language so they can develop and exchange meaningful
models.

Limitations

 If buyers is not authentic it’s can’t be verified, that is mail

checking system is not used.
 To final an order for production there is needed buyer’s
representatives .
 This system is only maintains the production side.
 Report can not be generated properly if the time format is not
mach between database coding.
Conclusion

In this project paper I proposed to make the process faster, reduce

time losing, reduces sufferings of the customer loss of manpower
and over more processes technical faults and smart enough to reduce
redundancy. I have completed only Production Control Module.

Future Scope:
Payroll Management System, Inventory Management System, Commercial
System, Accounts System.
