1. Director / Leader

The Director / Leader is the highest organizational structure of the manufacturing company. This section
is the party responsible for all forms of operational or running wheel company.

The duties of the Directors / Managers are as follows:

Leads an entire board or executive committee

Offers vision and imagination at the highest level

To lead a general meeting, in the case of: to ensure the implementation of the order; fairness and
opportunity for all to contribute appropriately, adjusting time allocations per item of issue; determine
the order of the agenda; directing the discussion toward consensus; explain and conclude actions and
policies

Act as a representative of the organization in relation to the outside world

2. Secretary
Secretary is a process of managing and managing everything that relate directly or indirectly to the

This part of the organization structure of a manufacturing company has a financial responsibility for the
company's operations. The task is to manage financial management from routine spending to production
processes and other corporate needs.
The functions of the financial section are as follows:
Coordinate control of activities Accounting Management, Finance, and Financial Information Systems.
Analyzing the company's financial statements and accounting management reports.
Carry out control and supervision of the financial sector in accordance with the specified target.
Coordinate the preparation of Work Plan and Corporate Budget (RKAP).
Propose appropriate accounting and financial systems and procedures for development of accounting &
finance information systems and forms of reporting.
Evaluate and submit financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement) audited
periodically along with details (monthly, quarterly or year-end) in accordance with accounting policies to the
Board of Directors
