• Record Tracking is a challenge.


• Volume of work is undetermined.

Level 0 Organization does not have the requisite Infrastructure, connectivity.

infrastructure & user training have been delivered for selected sections.
Level 2 Organization has attained Level 1 and is using e-Office in selected
sections/wings

internal communication purposes
