implemented in an orderly,
controlled and systematic fashion to
effect organizational change or in
the culture
„hange management is the process
during which the changes of a
system are implemented in a controlled
manner by following a pre-defined
model.
„hange basically results from stimuli from both
outside & inside the enterprise. Organizational
change refers to alteration of structural
relationship and roles of people in the
organization.

organization but at varying rates of speed &
degree of significance

ways i.e. its technology can be changed, its
people, its structure & other elements can be
