 Login to the System

Login and password will be the same as your login for MyCState

If you forget your password or login – you must go back to

MyCState to change and update.
 Gives you access to:

› Quick Links to Events and Career & Co-op
Resources.
There are three sets of information that needs to be
completed for the Co-op/Internship Registration:

• Personal Profile
• Academic Profile
• Co-op and Internship Application
The Document Tab is where a student will be able to
submit a resume into the system.
 Create a resume in a Word Document or
based on a template provided by your Co-op
Coordinator.
 Upload resume to the system.
 Click on the Add New Tab. (Bottom of the page.)
 Create a Label or Title for your Resume.
 Upload Resume in the System.
 Hit Submit.
In the system, Word documents convert to .pdfs.
• If you select “Yes” to Global Talent Search, this will add you to a
broader set of employers that may or may not be directly
affiliated with Cincinnati State.

• These positions may or may not be approved for Co-op and

Internship experiences. Students must check with their Co-op
Coordinator prior to interviewing and accepting a position
through Global Talent Search.
 Once a student’s resume has been
submitted, it will then need to be
approved by the Co-op Coordinator.

 After approval, the student will receive

an e-mail notification that their resume
has been approved in the system.
 The Resources Tab allows students to
access information by the National
Association of College and Employers
(NACE) and local resources from
Cincinnati State.

 Information includes: Career Exploration,

Career Finder, Resources Library, Resume
Builder and Career Advice.
All Co-op and Internship Positions will be posted in the
Co-op (Paid) Tab
 The Employer Profile Tab allows students
to access information on employers that
post positions with Cincinnati State.

 Information can be searched by:

› Industry type
› Organization
The Events Page will
give students access
to information
regarding:
• Career Fairs
• Employer
Information Sessions
