In its effort to achieve the mission of
becoming a 1000 plus rooms hotel chain with
multiple, mix and match formats, NLL is
building six more resorts/hotels/golf courses
in selected cities.

►Cambay Spa & Golf Resort , Gandhinagar, is
the first Five Star resort of Neesa Leisure
Ltd. (NLL) It is the first SPA Resort of
Gujarat. Cambay Spa & Golf Resort has
been affiliated to RCI and is offering
fun filled inflation free holidays to its
Members through the RCI Exchange system.

 We have surveyed 20 persons of the organization.
the number of employees working in cambay is
round about 500 working in the different
departments….
 For the survey we have selected qualitative method.

► Here by we concluded that the company has good
communication system.
► The top level management has taken utmost care
of the system
► B’coz of which the employees are having
confidence in management, and are delivering
better services to customers
► Which can be seen through the progress the
company has done.
► But still much is to be done for lower level
employees.
