Eligibility and Qualifications:

Must be a regular employee of the Department of


Environment and Natural Resources

Must have occupied the current position for at least


seventy-five percent (75%) of the year under review (9
months)

Must have submitted their 2011 Performance


Assessment Review (PAR) with a rating of not less
than very satisfactory (VS)

Must have submitted their 2010-2011 Statement of


Assets, Liabilities and Network (SALN)
