Initiative started under ASEAN Capital Markets Forum (ACMF)
Implementation Plan
The OECD Principles were used as the main benchmark for developing
the Scorecard
Initial Scorecard and assessment criteria developed by panel of CG
experts from the region
Appointed domestic bodies to work with the experts on the application of
the Scorecard for ranking companies in each country
