 NDTV was the brainchild of its Chairman,
Prannoy Roy and his wife and Managing
Director, Radhika Roy.
 In 1988, NDTV's producers produced a news

Week’ for Doordarshan.
 In 2003, they launched two 24-hour news
channels— NDTV 24x7 in English and NDTV
India in Hindi.

India (NSE)
 On 14 December 2006 NDTV Profit was
launched a video screen at the BSE building

first edition of this saw the awards being

Delhi Television.
 The channel is a joint venture between NDTV
and Vijay Mallya's UB Group and it launched
in September 2007.

wellness, technology and Indian marriages.
