Google Slides and Docs

Our host teacher has used google tools in a number of different ways.
Recently students were working on a Flood and Drought project in which they
used a google doc to organize their research. Several students created their
projects using Google Slides, while other students created posters or other
products.

post morning meetings, organize and move
through her lessons, and inform keep students

It can be used as a dry erase board and as an

internet, and can display presentations,
videos, etc.
Thrively
A guest comes into the school on occasion to
work with the older students and teach them
about computer coding. Tynker on Thrively is
a tool that helps students work on coding
and begin learning how to use their
newfound skills. This is something students
can work on during Skills Block if they have
finished the rest of their work
