Choose one of these problems/ideas as your
project, remember dont think on a huge
scale, this is all about making small,
immediate and effective changes.

If there are others choosing similar problems

you may want to join up with them.
Project Plan task:- 5min (computers needed, e-mail
to your facilitator who will submit as a zip to
moodle)
1. Write a rationale for choosing your new project.

2. Fill in box 6 which represents the end of the project.

Submission of your project evaluation (May) & participation
in the T&L conference (June)

3. Box 5 will be the success you hope to achieve in your

classroom and with your learners the outcome of your
project describe it

4. Boxes 1, 2, 3 & 4 are what you will need to do from today in

order to make it successfully to boxes 5&6, include dates.
