OVERVIEW
It is a commercial art and craft trade fair.
Art gallery owners, retail store owners and end
consumers are the target market of artisans and
craft makers.
It is a segmented fair providing a platform for
buying and selling in the fair itself.
It is an all season fair i.e. it can be done any time
around the year.
Along with the fair a competition is also been
conducted where the best Art will be awarded.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE EVENT


An Art competition sponsored by Renault will be
organized on the 1st day of the fair
The winner will be given a Renault Fluence.
The winning Art will be placed at the space of honor
(separate highlighted area) and will be sold to the
highest bidder.
Winning Art will be selected
by Mr. PRABHAKAR
KOLTE, a renowned
abstract artist.

REASON FOR SELECTING


THE VENUE
Size of the Fair
It will be an large scale event
containing more than stalls
including paintings, craft,
Custom art and artistic tools.
So a place big enough for the
purpose has to be selected.

Class of audience
It will contain all type of audience but as it is an expensive art
fair the majority will be there for higher class of people and
people with keen interest in art so a place accordingly is selected

MARKETING STRATEGY
Firstly all the big art galleries will be approached
and informed about the fair so they can display their
arts over there.
Posters will be placed near art gallery and in market
places.
Renowned artist will be contacted via mails and
phones.
Advertisements via newspapers and art magazines
like Art India will be made for stalls available at the
fair.
Publicity through social media like facebook,
instagram, etc.

BRANDING
Placing big banners and hoardings on busy roads,
red lights, along fly overs etc.
Giving interactive ads in news papers and
magazines.
Placing poster at clubs, malls, roads and other
busy places.
Advertising through radio broadcasts.
Providing information via mails/ social media.
Giving pamphlets along with newspapers.

DESIGNING
Banners and hoardings
Name of the event would be
highlighted written in big and
bold letters .
Below it the date and venue
with a eye catching slogan will
be there for the hoarding placed
at traffic lights/ flyovers.
No other details will be there.
This will be done to place the
event in the mind of the people.

PASSES
Passes will be available outside the venue and on the
website.
Passes will sold at a minimal cost.
No free pass will be distributed so that only
interested peoples are there and to stop over
crowding.
Design of the pass will be simple providing details
about the venue, date and timing of the fair, the
price of the pass will also be there on it.

SECURITY
Proper security arrangements will be done with
around 75 cctv cameras installed in the premises
40 security guards will be there to keep a check on
the security of the guests and stall owners
4 guards on the entries i.e. 2 guards at each entry.
4 guards on both the exits i.e. 2 guards at each exit.
There are 16 emergency exit doors one guard will be
there at each.
8 guards will be there at parking 4 in each parking
8 guards will be patrolling around the premises for
checking any suspected activity.
