DP Pilferages Pilferage - Partial or complete theft of the contents of a package
ZT Zoom Tech Rivigo's technology platform for Zoom operations
Face of the order. A challan issued to the consignor, consignee and retained with
CN Consignment note Rivigo for order processing.

PRQ Pickup request Number assigned for a pickup scheduled by the consignor
A manifest comprising of all the consignment details contained in a pickup
PRS Pickup run sheet vehicle
DRS Delivery run sheet A manifest comprising of all the consignment details loaded in a delivery vehicle
A number assigned to track the status (location, consignments in the vehicle etc.)
THC Trip hire contract for a line haul, feeder or a market vehicle
LH Line haul Long distance vehicle transits from one PC to another PC
RCA Root cause analysis Investigation protcols in the event of occurrence of a failure
POD Proof of delivery A proof of receipt of the consignment by the consignee on the CN

MIS system Online repository for capturing information
A consignment for which the CN amount must be collected from the consignee at
Retail To-Pay the time of delivery
A consignment for which the CN amount must be collected from the consignor at
Retail Paid the time of pickup

Acronym Expansion Meaning
A shipment booked from a spot client for which payment is issued either by the
consignor or the consignee on the spot. Database of retail clients is not
Retail Retail maintained in our system and the rates are decided as per the rate card.
TBB clients are credit clients who will have a defined billing cycle. Billing
typically happens at the end of each month and the clients are offered a credit
period of 15-45 days from the date of invoice. Rates are negotiated by Sales
TBB To be billed Managers and laid down the Rate Contract agreement.
Udaan is a Franchisee Program aimed at expanding the reach of our network
under the Franchisee model.
BFs are Business Franchisees who book capacity in our fleet against advance
payments and use the capacity to ship the material picked up from multiple
clients of Franchisees
DFs are Delivery Franchisees who have a strong presence of reach in a small
territory, with the capability of servicing deliveries in any nook and corner of
Udaan BF and DF the terrirory

Acronym Expansion Meaning
Value added services are services that provide additional value to the customer
in addition to faster transit times offered by Rivigo. Eg. Appointment delivery,
Mall delivery, COD, DOD etc. These services are provided to the clients on
VAS Value added service request basis.
Cheque on delivery is a VAS where in Rivigo collects a cheque from the
consignee for the value of the goods consigned and couriers the cheque to the
COD Cheque on delivery consignor.
DOD is similar to COD with the only change being Rivigo collects a DD from the
DOD Demand draft on delivery consignee as opposed to cheque

Word Meaning
A product with Rack and Pinion mechanism that minimizes the movement of
packages in a vehicle during transit and thereby reduces damages. Cargo bars
Cargo Bars are used to secure the loading pattern in all Line Haul vehicles.
A 7 ft x 7 ft wooden plank that is generally affixed at the end of loading the last
manifest in Line Haul vehicles. Plank prevents smaller packages from falling off

Mat (Liquid Mat) is a carpet laid down on the floor of the container to provide
increased adhension between liquid containers and the container floor. The

Cargo nets were earlier used to secure the packages loaded into a truck. 1 or
