that are might subject to loss, theft, error, and damage; To provide
management a simplified task of validating and evaluating in the
shortest time.

Fit Criterion:The system shall have a function whereby the users shall be able to attach
files and send to the management, the management shall receive notification of the files
forwarded, the management shall be granted right to accept or reject application prior to
evaluation results, and the passed and failed applicants shall received message regarding
the results. On the other hand , the management shall have the right to accept the
document of sponsored members that are genuine and without erroneous data, and
reject if the documents failed to meet the conditions. The latter shall also received
message.
