Receptionist : Hello, "Wash 'n' Dry".

Customer : Hello, this is Mrs. Jane Smythe. I'd like to make an appointment for
next week, please.
Receptionist : Certainly, Mrs. Smythe. Do you have a regular stylist in
mind?
Customer : Yes. I always go to Yvonne.
Receptionist :I'm sorry, but Yvonne is on holiday next week. Susan is available though,
and she has excellent referrences.
Customer :Oh, I'm not sure. I'm very satisfied with Yvonne and I've been going to
her for a few years now.
Receptionist :I understand, Mrs. Smythe. If you'd prefer to wait another week then I
can book you an appointment with Yvonne. I can see that she will be
available on the Thursday, is that convenient for you ?
Customer :Actually, no. I really must get my hair trimmed next week because I'm
going to an important party. I suppose I can give this other girl a chance.
Receptionist :Her name is Susan, Mrs. Smythe. And I'm sure you will be very
satisfied. Shall I book you for a trim, wash and blow dry,
then?
Customer :Yes, very well. I'd like the appointment on Friday, please.
Receptionist :Is 2 o'clock convenient ?
Customer :Yes, that's fine. Thank you.
Receptionist :Thank you Mrs. Smythe.
