INCONEL ROUND BAR

Inconel Round Bar is a careful combination of austenite, nickel and chromium that comes together to
form an alloy whose strength is multiplied by three folds. Their ability to sustain any high temperature
process makes their use viable in areas where they welding is a primary form of fixation technique.
Inconels are are very resistant to any formation of such oxidation layer on its surface which enhances its
long functional working capability. The Inconel alloy products, and parts do not deform after prolonged
exposure to heat due to their core temperature. Different grades and are manufacured in accordance
to various industry grades.

Round bars forged from Inconel Round bars undergo various processing and the final product is a
result of grueling work mechanism that is important due to the hardening properties of Inconel alloy.
The Inconel alloy does not stay in its molten form long enough so the process is designed to be rapid
and precise to achieve the final result. Many harder grades of Inconel are processed by hands to
prevent any deformation or slip in its intended structure. The other processes involved uses high
temperature solutions which does not affect the round bars majorly due to its high temperature
tolerance.
