Any individual being recruited for Tatva should be completely
dedicated towards working for Tatva.
There are always cases where new joinees leave the organization
soon after joining the organization.
The recruitment process should be focused at finding the interest of
the candidates wanting to join Tatva so that only those are selected
who are willing to give what the organization desires.
The recruitment drive should have interviews that will test the
commitment of the candidate for the profile.
The more a candidate is willing to work for the organization, the
more effort he/she will put in for the tasks provided to them

Since the organization is based on robotics, the recruitments process
should be designed in a way so that the main required skills are
present in the candidates that are finally selected to join Tatva.
This can be done by having the following rounds during the
recruitment drive-
Initial round where basic programming skills are tested using an
objective tests.
Second round can be a GD where teamwork skills are tested.
Third round can be a technical interview where basic practical
programming knowledge is tested.
Then the final technical interview session can take place so that
advanced skills can be checked and tested.
