MOTIVATION
Motivationis atheoretical
construct used to explain behaviour. It
represents the reasons for people's
actions, desires, and needs.
Motivation can also be defined as
one's direction to behaviour, or what
causes a person to want to repeat a
behaviour and vice versa.A motive is
what prompts the person to act in a
certain way, or at least develop an
inclination for specific behaviour.
According to Maehr and Meyer,
"Motivation is a word that is part of
the popular culture as few other
psychological concepts are."
REWARDS

Reward managementis concerned with


theformulationandimplementationofstrategi
esandpoliciesthat aim to reward people fairly,
equitably and consistently in accordance with
their value to the organization. Reward
management consists of analysing and
controlling
employeeremuneration,compensationand all
of the otherbenefitsfor the employees. Reward
management aims to create and efficiently
operate a reward structure for an organisation.
Reward structure usually consists of pay policy
and practices, salary and payroll
administration, total reward, minimum wage,
executive pay and team reward.

CONCLUSION
By this analysis, it is concluded that this organisation is recruiting
many people and giving a good salary. Almost all the employees are
satisfied with the organisation. Here, the management is interested
motivating their employees and recognising them. The support from
other employees and maintaining the relationship with them a going
good in the organisation. Coming to the incentives, employees are
getting motivated more by promotions than other things like awards
and appreciations.
Employees are mainly rewarded quarterly. There will
be a decision from single manager and top officials regarding their
results, skills and customer satisfaction.
