business dealings with Saulu Communications. The recipient of this

About Challenge Ministries

Challenge Ministries Swaziland is a ministry responsible for a number of


non profit making programs. It began in April 1997 as a drop in center
and coffee shop in Mbabane called The Lighthouse by Kevin and is wife
Helen Ward. This later became Teen Challenge Swaziland when they
brought home all principles and God's ways of working with hurting
youth they have learned in UK.
Today Challenge Ministries is responsible for Children's home in Hawane,
Life Skills Schools, Maris Rehab Centre, Women Home, Potter's Wheel
Church, Bulembu Ministries and many more.
The Global Leadership Summit

This is an annual Leadership Training event which brings together the


hearts and minds of tens of thousands in an amazing, spirit-filled way.
It is recognized that the leadership core of any church includes leaders
from businesses, education, government and social sectors. The Global
Leadership Summit invites leaders from all these sectors and fully
believers that the maximum influence and impact of the Church is felt
when all of its Christ centered leaders are at the forefront of establishing
and growing well led local churches, companies, schools, government
and social enterprises.
Our proposal to Challenge Ministries

We aspire to deliver an effective advertising campaign for the Global


Leadership Summit 2017 Challenge Ministries, through an
engagement outlined in this proposal. A successful advertising campaign
requires a well written strategy, clearly stating the objectives, target
audience, research, communication media, the message,
implementation skills and evaluations.
We have all the necessary expertise and skills to ensure a successful
advertising campaign through creative and innovative advertising tools
for this year's Summit.
Advertising
Advertising is any paid for communication overly intended to inform and/ or influence one
or more people. It provides a direct line of communication to existing and prospective
clients about your products or services.
Social media pages and the website will be enhanced by publishing official content of The
Global Leadership Summit. It will be a platform where interactions are initiated and
monitored for event awareness. The social media pages may include Facebook, Tweeter,
LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube. Saulu Communications can also create videos to be
played on public advertising screens around the country.
During posters and fliers distributions, the street team will wear branded t-shirts i.e. any
message needed to be out there will be printed on t-shirts. We can also have a helicopter
flying with a message pined on it, or balloons with messages about the event dropping
from the helicopter.
There are many other ways Saulu Communications can come up with to advertise the
event in a classical way. It is an event of leaders, a group of classical people, creativity and
innovation is the best way to advertise this event.

Given that the campaign would run for a month, this is how we would estimate work. The plan would be divided
into four phases. Each Phase would be one week.

Phase 1
Create and establish a website specifically for the summit.
Create videos for paramount big screens and mobile TV.
Posters
Social Media pages
Television Advert for international Cannels.

Phase 2
Promotional material designed and printed. For example, T-shirts, balloons, dairies, pens, and many more
that will sow that it is an event for leaders.
Book a helicopter that will move around dropping messages about the summit.
Design Banners, flags, Charts, Fliers, pamphlets, Promotional cards and many more.

Conclusion
When it happens that Challenge Ministries decides to give Saulu
Communications the opportunity, Saulu Communications will sign a service
agreement with Challenge Ministries. A typical Service Agreement covers
terms, mutual indemnity, service cancellation and payment terms.
An Advertising Activity Plan and Timeline schedule will be prepared before
service initiation and shared with the directors from Challenge Ministries .
All programs include detailed weekly Success Tracking Reports. The reports
will outline all the activities carried out for the campaign. The campaign
may be tweaked and altered as per response or as per requirements of
Challenge Ministries.
