This Month Highlights:

Participated in Worst cell drive and optimization

Had been a part of Benchmark Drive.
Taken care of patches in BM drive, Optimized
and cleared.
Interference testing done with spectrum
analyzer
NSN SGSN activity done.
DTM testing in Majestic BSC.
Worked on Absolute call drop count
BSIC planning given for NSN cells.
Drive test taken for below routes/sites:
Drive test taken in KR Puram area regarding HOSR
issue.BAN2267,BAN5024 ,BAN4024 and BAN1153
sites were having bad HOSR. Unnecessary
neighbors deletion done with help of RNO.
Drive test taken between BAN0159 and BAN3633
sites for Dual Transmission Mode activity

HOSR Improvement:
General drive test taken,G2G cell report observed.
Unnecessary neighbors deleted. Some Neighbors
deletion recreation done.
Hard reset given for some sites
 BENCHMARK Drive
Benchmark Drive completed in this March month between
operators Vodafone, Airtel and Idea.
I was excited to be a part in BM Drive and I handled IDEA operator
while BM drive test.
In BM drive test, total 63 critical routes of Bangalore are covered.

 Interference Check
Interference check done in two sites
out of 10 sites those were provided
by R-JIO, facing interference issue
with Vodafone.
Complete analysis done in BAN4107
site, which is a IBS site having two
sectors and one sector is
external(MACRO).

Considerations:
1. Tested band 824 to 849MHz.
2. Vodafone all technologies i.e 2G/4G,3G ON
Without Filter With Filter

Observations:
Without filter noise floor oscillates between -90 to -110dBm,much
spikes observed and with filter noise floor stable at -115dBm.
Below scenarios tested at BAN4107.

Summary of Testing:
Clearly it is reflecting that if filter is present there is NO
interference issue.
If Vodafone 2G is OFF, that time also NO interference
observed.
If Filter is not present, measurable interference observed
when 2G/4G ON state(3G may ON/OFF).Continues oscillation
 Absolute Call Drop Reduction
We were doing worst cell optimization to achieve KPI
like GDCR should be greater than 98%.
But this time we focused on absolute call drop count
of particular cell in 63 critical routes
We got success in this work. Pre post as shown
below.
