Design Challenges
Inconsistent launch location
which led to inaccuracy
Machine needed to be taped
down or held by someone
Net didnt hold ball, person did
Nothing between the Ts, they
would start falling in on one

Non-fixed launch location

required more time to determine
angle/how far to pull back
Human error, pulling back at a
non 90-degree angle on a tilt
Major Take-Away
We violated the criteria, require as little human involvement as possible.
This caused our fling machine to fail Only 4 hits within the accepted range
If we had used a fixed launch location, we would automatically have a more
precise design. However, we would still have to calibrate it to go 10 feet.

Learned through the design process, which designs will work, which designs
wont work, and why. ( see 1st design concept)

Evaluating with statistical analysis shows the success or failure of your design.
