transportation branding, house and market branding have been done
to reach maximum output.
Set new standards as the company achieved the highest value of
exported finished goods in 2014 between Indonesia and Nigeria
Increased spreading & availability of product by 69.38%, focusing on
new open outlets (Kano State)
Managed to create marketing campaign that is local fit such as
traditional boxing, mass wedding and local entertainer which has
initiated organic growth in 6 states contributed 46.80% from 2014
total sales in volume

Mapping Merchandiser Program
Background: No sales rep support from distribution partner, No accurate
database on retail market, low availability and awareness on retail market
Area project: Regional (Lagos)
Role: Head of Project, reporting to Country Manager
Target: 5,100 new open outlet in Lagos with average 5 packs/outlet visit
Activity/procedure:
Lagos is divided into 4 areas (Lagos A, B, C, D), Lagos A has 4 sub-areas, Lagos B has 6
sub-areas, Lagos C has 4 sub areas, Lagos D has 3 sub-areas. Each area is covered by 1
marketing coordinator and each sub-area is covered by 1 merchandiser
Merchandiser is using moderate cycle call (week 1-3 & week 2-4) with target of 30
effective visit/day and 150 packs sales/day
Weekly monitoring form and account balance to monitor merchandiser performance
Results:
Managed to activate Lagos C with 1 marketing coordinator and 4 merchandisers.
A total of 440 new open outlets (37% from target) and average of 2.3 packs/outlet visit
(46% from target)
Challenges:
Adequate system to record transaction and customer database.
Monitoring system to control and review merchandiser and coordinator actual
performance
