Baht.
The reason why Type A is cheaper than Type B room is
because Type A room is smaller than Type B room.
Type B need more bigger appliance than Type A so
thats why it is more expensive.

Promotion:
We will advertise in TV commercials since
people who are retired or who are working at
home or anyone who are watching TV can see
this.
We will advertise down the streets like a
advertising poster so people who are driving
can see our posters.

To make all of the rooms become eco.

To make all the buildings made from eco-


material to reduce global warming.
Conclusion

In the future of the fifth avenue condo, I


would like to make all rooms in this condo
match the concept of ecosystem or
preventing global warming.
