lots of noises, how about you?
Its up to you to learn more
about the book, Mr. Brown
Can Moo. Can you? so you
can create even more noises
than Dr. Seuss!
After listening and reading the book Mr. Brown
Can Moo. Can You? by Dr. Seuss, work with your
buddy to get creative with the following:

Take a picture of your work

In your draft book, think of what


your favorite part of the book, Mr.
Brown Can Moo. Can You?. Then
illustrate this section. Finally, write
a sentence of why this is your
favorite part of the book.
*Take a picture of your work

Using the digital camera, have a


neighbor take a picture of you, the
book, Mr. Brown Can Moo. Can
You?, and your draft book. Print
the picture, cut, and paste it in your
draft book by your work.
*Role play the story

When your are finished with your


draft book and gluing your
picture, go the the pretend play
center to act out the story with
other students that finish early.
*Create an onomatopoeia

to find out how to create this type
of poetry and to see examples.
2. Then using Microsoft Word, create
your own Onomatopoeia poem using
the same noises in the book, Mr.
Brown Can Moo. Can You?. Save
and print and show to a partner.
