In sentences with but, the negative

verb can come first or second:

 Using AND to connect
phrases and sentences.

When you want to say two things

about a subject, use the word
AND to connect the information.
Sometimes AND connects phrases
that have the same verb.
There is no need to repeat the subject or verb after
AND.
 For
