Sometimes organizations create concentric
power centers, Create individuals or positions
that will exercise all the power and will not have
any controls on them.

If leaders in such positions happen to be high on

integrity, then they will exercise self-restraint.
More often, however, such power corrupts best of
the leaders and they end up misusing the power.
Power makes things happen, but it is through
the exercise of an appropriate balance
between Power and Responsibility that helps
ensure as many good things happen as
possible.

Different sides of the same coin; they are the

Ying and Yang of our behaviour.

They are how we balance our relations with

ourselves with the interests of others, which
is at the core of what we mean by our values.
Rather than creating corridors of powers
create corridors of responsibility
