Internal Auditor Training Course For ISO/TS 16949:2009

Purpose & Outcome

To ensure that the efficiency and effectiveness of the Quality Management System is in conformance with ISO/TS
16949 standards so as to provide confidence to the customer, the management and the third party certification body.

The objective of the training is to

To recap the understanding of the requirements of the standard.
To provide in-depth knowledge on the requirements of Internal Audit.
To provide first hand experience of Auditing techniques and the role of Auditors.

By the end of the training, the participants would be able to

plan an audit
identify nonconformities
report nonconformities
verify the effectiveness of corrective actions

Process
Through presentation and exercises, participants would be

provided an overview of the standard.
