Culminating Activity

Development
 Before the end of classes, our group in our subject,
Personal Development, conducted a culminating activity held last
March 20, 2017. It was named "The Guiao Olympics" as a special
thanks to our Personal Development teacher, Ma'am Guiao, for
allowing us to hold this activity. The objectives of the activity are
in lined with Career Development are as follows:

To know your personality traits and other personal factors in

relation to goals in life.

To promote the sense of responsibility in each member of the

group.
In developing personality for future career, knowing the
importance of complying in responsibilities will really help a
lot.

To promote sportsmanship and camaraderie on each member.

In life, there will be ups and downs. So accepting faults,
mishaps and unfortunate happenings shall be observed by
the individual.

To develop our skills in planning, analyzing, leadership,

camaraderie and goal-setting.
Professional world contains a lot of pressure and as a
worker or professional, it is important to develop group-
working skills against all the pressures.

To be able to determine and decide better based on our

preferences what will we do in our career and not be influenced
by others.

The event started with the assembly at the quadrangle and the
students of 11- Coulomb were divided into 4 teams. The
guidelines for the activities were also announced to make the
event flow smoothly. As part of the culminating activity, team
games that will help everyone to develop their camaraderie to
other were played and those were: tug of war, sack race,
dragons tail, water carry, and balloon popping.
