DEFINITION
Sexual harassment is defined as unwelcome, unwanted and
uncomfortable conduct either verbal or non verbal that can lead to
sexual conduct or action.
FORM OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT
Physical :blocking movement,inappropriate gestures such as holding
hands, touching, hugging, kissing, patting, stroking or rubbing

Verbal : unwanted comments on dress and appearance,comment a


persons body,requesting sexual favor or repeatedly asking a person out,
threats, spreading rumours about persons personal or sexual life, foul
and obscene language

Visual: display of sexually offensive material such as poster, drawings,


pictures, screensavers, wallpaper, cartoons, emails or text of a sexual
