WHAT IS
COMMUNICATION ???
COMMUNICATION IS THE ART OF
TRANSMITTING KNOWLEDGE, IDEAS,
INFORMATION AND THOUGHTS
FROM ONE PERSON TO ANOTHER.
BARRIERS
There are three levels at which communication
takes place
1.Physical level
2.Level of intelligence
3.Emotional level
Anything that hinders the process of
communication at any of these levels is a
barrier to communication.
Barriers disrupt the
communication between
sender and reciever
Barrier make the message
doubtful for the reader to
understand it
