WHICH INCLUDE RECRUITMENT SELECTION,
PLACEMENT AND INDUCTION

RECRUITMENT IS UNDER TOOL AS THE
PROCESS OF SEARCHING AND OBTAINING
APPLICATIONS FOR JOBS, FROM AMONG THE
RIGHT PEOPLE CAN BE SELECTED.
RECRUITMENT IS ONLY ONE OF THE STEPS IN
THE ENTIRE EMPLOYMENT PROCESS.

Bangalore, India in 2007.

2. Vroute technologies Solutions is a global provider


of HR solutions with presence in India.

3. The Company's quality certifications include ISO


9001:2008. Vroute Technologies follows the CMM
Level 3 process .

The main objectives of the study are :

1.To understand the policies and Procedures of
recruitment and Selection in the company.

2.To find out the Effectiveness of existing recruitment
and selection procedure.

3. To find out the satisfaction level of the employees


about recruitment and selection procedure.

4.To suggest measures to improve Recruitment and

Simple Random Sampling: It is the simpler type of sampling, in


which we draw a sample of size (n) in such a way that each of the
N members of the population has the same chance of being
included in the sample.

The Sample constituted of 110 workers from different


department of the organizations.

1. All the respondents said that, there is a
recruitment procedure in VUROTE TECHNOLOGIES.

2 .49% of the respondents said that, the recruitment


procedure takes place periodically as and when
vacancies arise

3. 49% of the respondents said that VUROTE


TECHNOLOGIES is following Recruitment and
Selection procedure with the objective of
developing the organization culture.

1.Negative marks should be introduced in the written
test pattern, so that it can filter the knowledge
oriented employees.

2. For selecting the talented and better employees it


is better to conduct performance simulation test and
personal interviews.

3. Contract basis can be used for recruiting the


unskilled and semiskilled employees in VUROTE
TECHNOLOGIES.
