Commissioning

The HOPF card can be plugged if required. HOPF

card needs to be configured (SW comes with the
card)

The Profibus FMS card can be plugged. Software

has to be installed and licensed to configure and
run the card.

Load the PAS Database into the PAS on to the

Station Unit

Use the EWF Manager to commit the changes.

Trouble Shooting
oIf the Station Unit should hang up by any reason, just switch it off
and on again. The EWF has routed all write access into the RAM
which is deleted when switching off. The Station Unit now boots with
the original data.

oDisable the ewf if several changes need to be done (eg.

configurations, installation of additional software).

oA recovery DVD with the appropriate image is delivered with the

Station Unit (description in yellow pages)
