Identifying Hazards
Some hazards can be identified through experience,
knowledge and every person has an innate desire not to
come to harm.
This method of hazard I.D. should be verified asking
questions such as:

potential to injure or harm an individual,
cause damage, an environmental impact
and/or process loss e.g.
