Objectives: To install capacity in using qualitative tools
in the development of the EDPs.
Output: Characterized Data per Key Stage, SWOT

Objectives: To extract information in the gaps of the
previous EDP cycle which will serve basis of inputs to the
new cycle.
Output: Assessment Tool, SWOT of Key stages, Outputs of

Objectives: To install capacity in technical writing to
help division planning team to write their respective

within prescribed standards and to install additional
knowledge on M&E
Output: Final Copy of EDPs to be approved by SDS and
